The 2017 Fight Team invites you to Lavelle for a rooftop experience unlike any other in Toronto’s exclusive King West neighbourhood. Lavelle sits 16 stories above the commotion of the city and this luxurious, 16,000 square foot space, will host the Fight To End Cancer’s Official Media Day Weigh-ins on Thursday May 18, 2017. This amazing venue features a seated restaurant, lounge bar, outdoor pool and cabanas, all with breathtakingly unobstructed, 360-degree views of the city skyline. Sponsors, VIP guests and Toronto media will have the opportunity to meet & interview our 2017 Fight Team. These courageous men and women have been training Olympic-style boxing for the past six months. They are preparing to step into the ring on Saturday, May 27th for our 6th Annual Fight To End Cancer black tie gala, in support of the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation.
Enjoy a fun night with the Official 2017 Fight To End Cancer Fight Team! Interviews, photo ops and the Official Weigh-in ceremony are just a couple of the elements we will be featuring at the luxurious Lavelle Rooftop Lounge. We will have a live DJ, celebrity guests, complimentary hors d’oeuvres and refreshments. We will also be featuring wine from OMT Vineyards and beer from Steam Whistle – compliments of our Official Wine and Beer Partners.
Fight To End Cancer has quickly grown to become a premium fundraiser which showcases these brave individuals, as they lace up their gloves and step into our ring to help knock out cancer. The FTEC Fight Teams have raised over $500,000.00 in direct donations to The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation since 2011.
